Keeps running
AFIT runs in the version you have, just without updates. Adjustments for new Windows and changes in law come with higher levels.
Help in an emergency
When a problem occurs, we'll solve it. No guaranteed response time, but you're never left alone.
Conditions
- Existing customers only — you need AFIT and a registration in our system.
- 12-month commitment — Kotva is an annual anchor, not month to month.
- Breakdowns, transfers and new features are handled separately (one-off or by moving up a level).
The way to the new generation (R5)
Kotva keeps you on your current version. By moving to a higher subscription (e.g. Standard) you get a one-off upgrade to the new AFIT R5 generation — plus regular updates and faster support.
